I sort of ran into a problem yesterday as well with my car, I don't know what the hell happened to it. Heres the story... Yesterday, I cleaned my carpet. When I got home, I left the car on with the A/C running for about 30-45 minutes so the carpet wouldnt stink and it can dry... it was pretty hot out too so. I got back in the car.. temperature was fine, turned off the car, I then began to wash the car.. The radiator water was bubbling like crazy too for like 10 minutes. I then got rdy to go, headed to the track.

When I was on the highway, I floored it to pass some one.. I was on 7psi (safety boost maybe)!!! Im like what the hell. I began testing it in first, second, third gear... same story... stock boost.. I pulled over, popped the hood, looked for some kind of leak, I then found a bolt screw loose which requires a henge wrench. (This bolt is on the front left side of the car on the black I guess hard plastic part of the engine.) I tighten that bolt, started to test drive the car again, I was boosting 12 psi again... so im like cool, fixed the problem. I get to the track, I line up, I hit it, I did 9.1 the first run. Second time, I line up, I did 9.6 the second run, this time me being back on stock boost, so great its back on stock boost.

I open the hood, I desperatly try to look for the problem, cant find it anywas, bolts are tight ect... I then decide to unplug the ECU and replug it back in. I do that. My next run is 8.85, then 9.1, then 8.9. Car is boosting 11-12 psi and it seemed to fix the problem.

So thats the story, sry its a bit long, but what the hell happened for me to boost 7psi? I dont have a boost controller, I just have boost jets in the lines.
